IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS | ME + HIM

This man...he is my best friend, my husband and my baby's daddy. This Friday is our "dating anniversary" and we will be together nine years. The past year has been nothing short of amazing, we were expecting our beautiful baby girl and we became parents. Our everyday life with just the two of us became three (if we're not including the pups.) Our Friday date nights when we would go out to dinner and a late night movie has changed to making dinner at home and cuddling on the couch after we put sweet M to sleep. We wouldn't have it any other way and we can't even really remember life without our little one. Watching him become a Dad and seeing him everyday with Madelyn makes my heart so full. I fall more in love with him everyday and I am beyond thankful he is my forever.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY

With all the free time I had the last few days, I was able to get a little crafty and make a little Valentine's inspired photo session with my sweet little model.

Celebrating holiday have seriously stepped up to another level since having Madelyn, I've just found another love for them. So of course we had to get Maddie a few things that we know she'll love.

We're Going on a Bear Hunt - this is a classic favorite and I know we'll have so much reading this one with M.

Happy Munchies Veggie & Fruit Crisps - I absolutely love this Happy Family brand and M has loved eating all of them.

Striped Flutter Sleeve Top - I just love the detail around the neck and the flutter sleeve is too cute.

Mary Jane Jelly Sandals - When I saw these online I just knew I had to get them. I always remember growing up loving my jellies so I felt like it was a must have for my little mini. Do they make these in my size?!

OUR BIG DAY FEATURE

 Today will always hold a special little place in my heart. This is the day that our wedding was featured on one of my all time favorite blogs, Style Me Pretty. This blog was one that I looked at everyday while planning our big day (shhh, I still visit it quite often) and I had secretly always thought how fun it would be if our wedding could be featured on there for other brides to find inspiration. So to say the least, I would beyond excited when one of my amazing wedding photographer, from Paperlily Photograpy, emailed me to ask if I would be interested in writing our story for her to submit. OF COURSE! Then a few short weeks later there it was for the world to see.

This was one of the best days and looking back fills my heart with so much love!

We couldn't have asked for this day to be any other way, celebrated with everyone that we love and cherish to pieces!
